The Perfect Step is proud to be an early supporter of OC Hub. We love how it connects the disability community to trusted, inclusive businesses, and we’re excited to see it grow. OC Hub makes it easy to find and highlight accessibility-friendly services, which is exactly what the community needs.
OC Hub is a groundbreaking platform that fills a critical gap for millions in the disability community. It's passion built as a trusted, user-driven space to discover and review disability-friendly businesses that's truly inspiring. The unique integration of accessibility-focused reviews and community connection features empowers users to make informed choices and fosters a more inclusive marketplace. Lera's vision to connect people with the right resources, creating lasting social impacts will change many lives!
We’ve had the pleasure of knowing Alexandrova for over three years, first connecting at the Mobility Expo in Los Angeles —and she’s been making things happen ever since. Alex is a true powerhouse connector, constantly bringing people together across organizations and events throughout Southern California. Her impact speaks for itself — she’s helping open doors and change lives for individuals and families across the community. Even better, Alex and her daughters are part of our weekly wheelchair tennis sessions in Mission Viejo, and they bring such great energy to the courts every time they show up. They’ve become an awesome part of our T3 Wheelchair Tennis family. We’re excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to meet more of you as the OC Hub community continues to grow!
I recently came across OC Hub (Overcoming Change Hub), and I have to say I really appreciate what they’re building. As someone who has been part of the disability community for many years and who talks with people every week through Walk and Roll Live, I know how important it is to find services and businesses that truly understand accessibility and inclusion. One of the biggest challenges people face after an injury or life-changing diagnosis is simply figuring out where to turn. OC Hub is working to make that easier by connecting individuals with trusted, disability-inclusive companies and services that can help people stay active, independent, and engaged in life. What I also like is that it’s not just a directory — it’s about building a community. When people can share resources, experiences, and recommendations, it creates something much more meaningful than a simple list of businesses. Efforts like this matter. When organizations focus on supporting independence and improving access, it benefits the entire community. I’m encouraged to see platforms like OC Hub stepping up to help people navigate life after injury or disability with more confidence. I’m looking forward to seeing how OC Hub continues to grow and support people along the way.

Accessible workout
The Perfect StepThis was my first time ever seeing fitness machines adapted for wheelchair users at TPS, and I was amazed. Being able to adjust the weight with just the push of a button made working out feel empowering and accessible. On top of that, a one-month membership costs less than parking in Los Angeles — which says a lot. I left feeling inspired, grateful, and genuinely blown away by what TPS is doing.

Wonderful, zen experience 🧘🙏🏻
The moment I look at Christas paintings I feel a deep sense of calm and peace. It’s as if the energy in the colors gently quiets my mind and settles my body. There’s something profoundly soothing and healing in her work — a softness that brings me back into balance and presence. Her paintings feel like a breath, a blessing, and a moment of stillness. Some of Christa’s paintings are energizing and others are very zen and calming 🙏🏻🧘 I’m from Canada and I can feel her calming energy all the way from Arizona.
My first dance with Rollettes and my daughter
Rollettes LARollettes LA is an inspiring and inclusive dance team that empowers women and girls who use wheelchairs to express themselves through movement. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to perform with them and for allowing my able-bodied daughter to join our flash mob — it was an unforgettable experience of unity and joy.
Soft materials and stylish too
EQL ThreadsI bought the cardigan and really liked the soft material and stylish look. I’m a breast cancer survivor and experience some limited mobility in my upper extremity due to my surgery. I love how easy it was to put on the cardigan over my shirt and the material is very soft. I am planning to get the other color as well. I highly recommend their products.
